Basic Cheese Making Class
Join us at Fagan Family Farm for our Spring cheese making class!

You will learn how to make mozzarella, ricotta and fromage blanc.
The class includes outlines, recipes, instruction on milk handling, sanitation, safety techniques, and the cheeses themselves.
Light refreshments will be served.
** Each student needs to bring a gallon of milk.
Cost: $30 per student
