Yummy Chocolate Pudding

Our kids enjoy making chocolate pudding with our fresh milk. It not only tastes great, but it is easy to make and a yummy treat.

Homemade Creamy Chocolate Pudding:

3/4 c. light brown sugar

1/4 c. cocoa

1/4 c. flour

1 1/2 c. Fagan Farm fresh milk                                                           

1/4 c. butter

1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 3 ingredients. Slowly add 1/2 c. of milk. Mix well. Add 1 c. of milk. When thickened, add butter. Boil at least 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve warm or cold with cream for whipped topping or make your own whipped topping.
