How to Make Real Chocolate Milk

"Hey, Mom! Can we have chocolate milk?"

Most kids love chocolate milk. My six kids love it and so do I. I have one kid, who will only drink chocolate milk because he does not care for the taste of regular milk.

You can make your own real chocolate milk and it is not hard!

Chocolate milk in the store is loaded with artificial ingredients and all the good bacteria, enzymes and vitamins in milk have been destroyed during ultra-pasteurization.

I know you are a busy mom, but seriously this is so easy and quick, and the best part is that it only takes 5 ingredients, which you probably already have on hand.  Plus you will feel good about providing your family with amazing nutrients while indulging their sweet tooth.

All you have to do is combine cocoa, sugar and salt in a saucepan.

Add water and mix.

Bring this all to a boil and only boil for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Let Cool. Pour into glass jar and store in the refrigerator.

Add a couple of teaspoons to your raw milk. Voila! You have real chocolate milk.

Your kids will love it, and they will love you for making it, and you still get maximum health benefits while enjoying the creamy flavor of chocolate milk.
