Homemade Alfredo Sauce --- So Easy!

Homemade Alfredo Sauce is delicious, rich, creamy, and super easy to make from scratch.

The sauce originated from Italy and is one of the most used sauces everywhere. It can compliment many of your pasta dishes.

If you are one of our dairy herd share owners, the cream in your farm fresh milk will help your sauce to thicken and add lots of flavor.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

1 (8 oz) cream cheese

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 cups of farm fresh milk

6 ounces of grated Parmesan cheese

1/8 teaspoon of black pepper

Directions:

Melt butter in a non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring with wire whisk until smooth. Add the milk, whisking to smooth out lumps. Stir in Parmesan and pepper. Cook until desired thickness. If it gets too thick, add a little more milk.
